There are many options for hotels or AirBnBs/VRBOs in Vancouver, ranging from large, high-end places, like one of the three Fairmont Hotels in Downtown, to small, boutique places like the Moda Hotel on Seymour Street. Regardless of where you stay, Vancouver is a very accessible city with many options for transit (including Busses, Skytrains, Ubers or Taxis). Below are a few options for accommodations, but we encourage guests to search around for a price point and location that suits their interests.
Gage Suites at UBC
Right by our venue, with gorgeous views and access to nice trails in Pacific Spirit park. We have booked a room block for our guests (first come, first serve) accessible through the link below or with the above group code on their website. The group rate is applied on bookings that span Thursday, May 2 to Sunday, May 5 (3 nights), but per night rate can be applied to three nights before and after the booking period if guests want to extend their stay.
Moda Hotel
Reasonably priced in downtown Vancouver. This is along transit lines that will take you to UBC, but is also a short Uber ride to our venue.
JW Marriott Parq Vancouver
A more up-scale hotel nestled between BC place, Rogers Arena and a Casino. This is the Hotel that Tim's company uses for out-of-town guests and has great personal reviews. Still a short Uber ride to our venue!
