In 2016 Beth took a chance on herself and moved from Wisconsin to Florida. She had no plan really, other than a soft landing staying with Emily until she figured out her next step and went out on her own. After a 3 month "retirement" it was time to get a job. Having only dined at a handful of restaurants in Florida, she applied at one of those, Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Restaurant. It was a slow start, barely getting any shifts, not really feeling like she was fitting in and not really making any connections.

Frustrated and unsure of what to do next, she went back to Milwaukee for the summer to work. During that summer, she decided she would move back to what was comfortable and safe. Having been extensively trained at Roy's and being the ever rule follower, she felt she owed them a proper two week notice before packing up and heading home. And that's when it all changed.

Beth returned to Orlando in August of 2016, and with that, back to work at Roy's on Sand Lake Road. To her surprise, upon returning, the staff seemed to be happy to have her back, one person in particular. So, against her normal behaviors, she decided to go out for drinks after work with some of her new friends. Fast forward to October of 2016, what started as a friendship at work began to grow into hanging out after work on a regular basis. And she never looked back.

Beth and Ryan started dating in October 2016, she moved into his apartment in February of 2017 and the rest is history!

After 7 and a half years, many many vacations, building our first home together and so many wonderful memories, we CANNOT wait to Say "I DO" with you right there to cheer us on!
