Beth and Dalton started dating in the summer of 2022. They met through mutual friends prior to 2022 but ran into each other on a summer night in Okoboji and hit it off.

It took a couple weeks of Dalton convincing Beth to come visit the cattle lot and have their first date. Beth stopped at her parents before going on the date to let them know that she had met someone and was going on a date that night. Beth’s parents were shocked when she showed up wearing muck boots and wranglers for the date. As she grew up in town, never been on a cattle lot, or let alone been in a tractor. Despite all of this, both families were hopeful.
Little did they know that first date in the man cave and touring the feed lot would turn into her home.

After a year and a half of dating Dalton proposed in that very man cave. On September 22nd, 2024 Dalton rounded up all of their friends and family. Even got their dog, Roa, involved in the proposal. Dalton tricked Beth into thinking they were going to watch a Vikings game that day with friends. Then secretly had everyone waiting there for the proposal!

Which leads us to be able to celebrate now. Can’t wait to see you all on the big day!
