Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself.

Please RSVP by August 30th, by mailing back the RSVP card. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Our venue has free on-site parking.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors.

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to party!! For this reason we encourage you to uber/lyft to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely. We will also have many non-alcoholic beverages!!
