Our Story

We recommend staying in Caiazzo, the village where Marco is from, which is less than 15 minutes from the wedding venue. We will organise transfers from Caiazzo to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. CAIAZZO There are private apartments and villas on Airbnb or Booking. If you have friends coming to the wedding, we recommend sharing apartments or villas in larger groups, as there is a very limited number of 1 bedroom apartments! If you're looking for an authentic B&amp;B or Agriturismo, there are a few in and around the village: - Le Piracante- B&amp;B Casa Aulivo- Petrus Rooms- Pepe in Grani- Il Nido in Collina- Mandevilla Home NAPLES If you prefer a city break, you could stay in Naples. It is 45 minutes by car to the venue, around €100 in a taxi. We'd recommend these hotels: - Hotel San Francesco al Monte- Hotel Excelsior- The Dante House- UNA Hotel Napoli (close to the station for people travelling by train)

Accommodation

The nearest airport is Naples International. Due to lack of local taxi companies in the area, we highly recommend staying in Caiazzo for convenience. We have organised minibus transfers (for all our UK guests) to and from the venue on the day of the wedding from Caiazzo centre. CAR / TAXI50 minutes from Naples Airport to Caiazzo. We highly recommend booking private taxis to avoid being ripped off! Once you get to Caiazzo, there is no taxi rank or firm operating in the village itself. - Transfeero.com is a great price comparison site for private taxis- Napoli NCC www.napolincc.com- Caserta NCC www.ncccaserta.it TRAIN1 hour 20 mins from Naples Central Station to Caiazzo. We recommend using the GoEAV app to purchase your train tickets - only specific machines in Naples Central sell these and it can be tricky to navigate.

Local Tips

FRIDAY5.30pm - Il Buco Bar, CaiazzoFor those arriving early on Friday, we will meet for a casual drink from 5.30pm before dinner with our family at 8pm. You can also eat there, otherwise there are more restaurants in Caiazzo listed on the 'Local Tips' page of our website. SATURDAY3pm - Transfers Depart from Bar Italia, CaiazzoTransfers will collect guests from outside Bar Italia, Caiazzo at 3pm to transport you to the wedding venue in Limatola. Please ensure you do not miss this, as there are no local taxi companies! 1am - Return Transfers DepartThe return trip will depart back to Caiazzo from the venue after the wedding finishes at 1am. SUNDAY3.30pm - Il Buco Bar, Caiazzo6.30pm - Pepe in Grani, CaiazzoFor our UK guests, we have arranged a tasting experience at the 'Best Pizzeria in the World' (2023 &amp; 2024) Pepe in Grani at 6.30pm on Sunday. We will meet at Il Buco Bar for drinks beforehand.
