Q + A

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on site at Tanglewood! The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting). The cocktail hour and reception will be held mostly indoors with an outdoor area

When do I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 31st by using the QR code on your invitation or on our website! If you do not respond by then or we do not hear from you, we will mark "decline" for you. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs. We will miss celebrating with you and we hope you understand!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 5 pm. Doors will open 30 minutes before. Please arrive at the venue about 15 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park and find your seats. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception!

Where can I park?

There is a parking lot across the street from the venue for all guests! There are a few spaces closer to the venue, but please reserve those for our older family members

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal attire. Please no white, off white, ivory or cream color dresses

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but we are only able to accommodate immediate family and those listed on your invite. We hope you understand and we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! All beer, wine, liquor and sodas will be on us! Please be responsible and get ready to celebrate!

Can I take pictures?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we kindly ask that all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Our exceptional photographers will be capturing our ceremony! After the ceremony, please take as many photos and videos as you want
