When do we need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025. We need to confirm the guest list for our vendors, so sooner rather than later would be very appreciated!
What is the dress code?
Dress code is formal attire. Men, think suits. Ladies, think long dresses and midi dresses! Also, just a heads up - the parking lot at the venue is gravel.
What are the wedding party colors?
Blue and yellow. If possible, wear complimentary colors.
Is your ceremony/reception be indoors?
Our ceremony and reception will be indoors! The ceremony will take place on the enclosed sun deck. If the weather cooperates, the outdoor views are perfect for capturing some great photos!
Will transportation be provided? Is there parking available near your venue?
Transportation will not be provided. Most of the hotels/airbnbs are within walking distance of the venue! If you choose to stay elsewhere, lyfts/ubers are available. There is also ample parking at the hotels and Irish Eyes!
Do you have a hotel block?
Yes! We have one at The Beacon Inn and Home2Suites. Please check out the "Accommodations" page for more information.
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony begins at 5pm. Kindly plan to arrive around 4:40pm to allow ample time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in comfortably!
What food will be served for dinner?
Our dinner is buffet style. There will be a variety to choose from!
Will alcohol be provided?
Yes. It will be an open bar until noted otherwise.
May I take photos and post them on social media?
Absolutely! You are welcome to take photos during the reception. However, our ceremony will be unplugged. We respectfully ask everyone to be fully present for this special moment.
What time will the reception end?
Our reception will end at 9:30pm.
Will you have a special exit?
Yes! DJ will make an announcement.
Will there be an after party?
The restaurant/pub downstairs will have live music until 12:30am with a band called 'Sticky Situation.' They play a wide variety of music including but not limited to Country, Top 40, Southern Rock, Dance, Funk and R&B. Irish Eyes Pub closes at 1am.
Can I bring additional guests?
Due to limited seating and our desire for an intimate celebration, we’re unable to include additional guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Are my children, including babies, welcome to attend?
We absolutely love your children, and you're more than welcome to bring them if you’d like—just kindly make sure they're on their best behavior. That said, if you'd prefer a parents' night out, feel free to enjoy time for yourselves!
