Just like Joey and Beth decided to have two weddings, they also had two first dates. Joey and Beth first met online in 2019 and went on two dates and Beth decided she was not ready for a relationship at that point in her life.

While they were apart, Beth kept Joey’s number the whole time. Beth and Cady talked about Joey and if Beth should reach out to him. A week after that conversation, they matched with each other online again.

This time things would turn out differently. They had their second first date on August 26th , 2021. Their dates continued with hiking at parks, cooking together, and starting the Marvel movies. As they grew closer, date nights turned into family dinners, game nights, and holiday get togethers.

As time went on, they started discussing the possibility of moving in together and got their house a few months later. As they lived together, their relationship continued to deepen with dancing in the kitchen, playing board games, and bonding over morning coffee. It wouldn’t take too much longer for marriage talks to dominate their conversations. Fast forward to May the following year and Beth came home to potted flowers filling the kitchen, flower petals on the floor and Joey on one knee.
