If you have been allotted a plus one, this will be indicated on your RSVP.

We respectfully request that you arrange for childcare as this is a child-free event. We are unable to accommodate children <14 years-old. We appreciate your understanding.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. Please be seated no later than 4:45PM.

Formal! Ladies: Dresses below the knee or pants suit/jumpsuit. Please do not wear shades of white or bold red. Gentlemen: Suit & tie. No jeans please.

Unfortunately, the hotels do not provide shuttles. However, Uber and Lyft are available in the area and the venue is a short ride from the hotels.

Complimentary valet parking will be provided. There is also a free parking garage that is a very short walk from the venue.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be outdoors. The venue is surrounded by water and provides great scenery for photographs outdoors if the weather allows.

We respectfully ask that you keep your cell phones put away until the ceremony concludes. We will be sure to share the photos with you that are taken by our wonderful photographer!

Dinner will include a signature salad, New York strip loin, herb marinated chicken, brussel sprouts, and herb roasted potatoes. There will be an assortment of desserts. If you have dietary restrictions, please note this on your RSVP and accommodations will be provided.

Yes! There will be an open bar from 5:30-9:30PM. Please drink responsibly and arrange for a safe ride home if you will be drinking.
