Early in her junior year of high school, Bethany spotted a boy in the front of her science classroom - Ben! She was immediately drawn to him, but didn't dare say hello. She got home that day and told her mom about the dreamy boy from AP Chemistry, which was very out of character. 	Through a few weeks of careful observation, she learned of his full name, his younger brother, and disappointingly, his girlfriend at the time. A true heartbreak given the absolute nonexistence of ANY correspondence between herself and Ben. The year passed, Ben graduated, and Bethany didn't ponder much over Ben from AP Chem throughout her two years at Texas State. 	Halfway through her degree, Bethany decided to transfer to the University of Houston to pursue childhood education. While celebrating her 22nd birthday with friends Emily and Alyssa, Bethany expressed how concerning it was that she was not able to find a suitable boyfriend. She was, after all, smart, pretty, AND sometimes funny. Emily described her luck with an app called Bumble, and convinced Bethany to try...	She downloaded the app and explored for a couple of hours, only to stumble across a profile she would recognize instantly. Ben had just graduated from Texas A&amp;M and moved home to Houston in search of a job, and apparently, a girlfriend as well.	The two matched on the first day Bethany used the app, and communicated non-stop while Ben was on a family ski trip in Colorado. Plans were set for a date, Bethany mentioned the boy from AP Chem to her mom, whom she remembered without hesitation, and they've been inseparable ever since!

If the type of room you'd like does not appear as available, please call the hotel directly, as they will be able to add more rooms to our reservation block upon request!

Andrea is Bethany's sister-in-law, married to Taylor Maddox, and  has grown up with the Maddox family since Bethany was in kindergarten. She is a mom to Kailee, Camryn, and Knox Maddox.

Alyssa and Bethany met  in their senior year while attending Atascocita High School. Alyssa and Bethany were roommates for 2 crazy and fun years at Texas State University.

Alyssa Nodorft

Emily and Bethany met in their senior year while attending Atascocita High School. They have remained close while attending different universities and enjoy catching up over food!

Katherine and Bethany met in early middle school while attending the same church. They have remained very close throughout the years, and Katherine is responsible for Bethany's obsession with OrangeTheory Fitness.

Megan and Bethany met by extreme happenstance, as Megan is Ben's older sister.

Kailee is Bethany's oldest niece and borderline sister. She is a high school soccer star and has dreams of also attending Texas A&M. Kailee is the daughter of Taylor and Andrea Maddox.

Camryn is Bethany's niece. She will begin middle school this fall and is the best featherweight goal keeper around!

Jacob and Ben became close friends attending Atascocita High School. The two were teammates on the golf team, and soon after became roommates while attending Texas A&M University.

Nick is Ben's younger brother and the only sibling Bethany knew about when she and Ben started dating!

Jack is Ben's older brother, and is most loved by the couple for his comedic talents.

Taylor is Bethany's older brother, supplier of local craft beers. Taylor is married to Andrea Maddox, and is a dad to Kailee, Camryn, and Knox Maddox.

Jerry and Ben became friends and teammates on the golf team while attending Atascocita High School. They have remained close friends throughout the college years while Ben attended Texas A&M and Jerry Texas Tech.

Jerry Kohler

Rowan is the daughter of Maddox family friends, Ashley and Josh Bergeron. She is the BFF of Knox and a real-life princess.

Rowan Bergeron

Knox is Bethany's only nephew, and the son of Andrea and Taylor Maddox. He is headed to kindergarten this fall, loves playing tee ball, and is far and above the most likely to dominate the dance floor.
