The plane touched down on the tarmac…was I shaking in my boots? NEVER!!! It had felt like Forever since I’d seen her face to face. I searched for her through the airport glass…I knew that I had seen the Love of My Life!!!

HE COULD NOT GET HERE FAST ENOUGH!!! I remembered comparing every man I ever knew to him. When he got the Holyghost, I knew he was it.

I smiled seeing her sitting there waiting for me patiently. I came down the stairs not taking my eyes off of her…and then…she saw ME!!!!

He is finally here!!! I can’t believe he is finally here in the flesh!!! No way could this Holyghost filled, Jesus-Loving man be walking towards me!? I had prayed for this moment!

I was walking toward her praying that she wouldn’t turn and run…the tears told me something different…this Holyghost filled, Jesus-First woman was running towards me!!

He’s more handsome than I remembered. Do I look okay mom!?! Eeeee!!!!! Can I side hug him? Is that okay? Oh goodness, I’m a mess! 🤭

She’s more beautiful than I remembered. I hope I look okay!?!? Are my boots shined for this California girl?!?!? Do I shake her hand???

We smiled, from ear to ear, asian eyes and all.

To the Countless Chaperones who helped make our journey special, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! We loved our Seaworld trips, Zoo explorations, and soooo many food extravaganzas! We’re stuffed thinking about them all!!! You all contributed to our love story. You all saw how beautiful of a connection we have. Worshipping in services together was our favorite part.

We can not put into words the connection both of us have for one another. What a Love!!! It has surprised us both. A love we have felt compares to (how Bethany says it) “Loves me like Jesus does”. The “jinx” every phone call, the long distance prayers together, the endless bible studies and preachings were all part of Our Story. The story of us. Future Mr. & Mrs. Morris.

This is only the beginning of our story…of our family…of our walk together with Jesus!!! We are ready! We have overcome heartache and sorrow!! We are NOT looking back!!! We are striving forward for Revelation 21:4 & 5 states; And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.


🌲 Our closing statement is this: Thank you for being part of our story along the journey. Texas better get ready for this Power couple! God is doing Big things already!! With power in prayer before them, no Mountain will stand in their way!!! 🏔️
