Frequently Asked Questions
How do I submit my RSVP?
Please visit the "RSVP" tab at the top right of this page for your guest count, dietary restrictions and requested songs! Please RSVP by March 1, 2024 to allow our vendors to accommodate your requests.
Can I bring my kids/plus ones?
Although we believe the more is merrier, the intimacy of our venue capacity does not accommodate additional children or plus ones other than those explicitly detailed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our guests dressed up and feeling their best in Black Tie attire. The ceremony and reception take place in an upscale garden venue in charming Franklin, TN with many opportunities to take beautiful pictures.
For Gentleman:
For gentlemen, this typically means wearing a tuxedo or a tailored suit and a formal tie or bowtie. If you don't have a full suit, you can always wear a suit vest or sport coat with slacks.
Avoid polos shirts, t-shirts, jeans and shorts. Dress shoes are recommended as long as you can comfortably hit the dance floor.
For Ladies:
For ladies, many choose an elegant floor-length gown, but a chic cocktail dress is also fun and appropriate. This is your chance to dress up more than you usually would for a date night out. If skirts or dresses aren't your thing, strut your stuff in an elevated pantsuit.
All venue surfaces are paved so feel free break out your sexiest heels that are comfortable on and off the dance floor.
Avoid casual clothing like sundresses, sneakers, super short/mini dresses and light-colored fabrics that could be close to white.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
A little bit of both! The venue has a fully covered space outdoors as well as an air-conditioned house with restrooms. In case of rain, the ceremony and reception will be held in the covered pavilion. Fans and heaters are available to keep everyone comfortable.
What will the Weather be like?
April is one of the most beautiful months in TN averaging a high of 75 degrees and a low of 45 degrees. However, weather can be unpredictable and we recommend you check the weather forecast ahead of your travel to pack accordingly. Try wearing lighter-weight, breathable fabrics for warmer weather and/or bringing a jacket or shawl in case of cooler temps. No matter the weather, our venue will accommodate guests so everyone is comfortable and able to enjoy the day.
Day Of Wedding
What time should I arrive at the venue?
A mix and mingle cocktail event will be held at 4:30pm so that everyone can arrive, mingle and grab some refreshments before we begin the ceremony promptly at 5pm. We ask that you give yourself ample time to travel to the venue as traffic can add unexpected delays.
What type of food or refreshments can we look forward to?
Passed hors d'oeuvres will be served at cocktail hour followed by a plated dinner of unique savory southern flavors. You'll have the option to sip on signature cocktails along with non-alcoholic options from an open bar with everyone's favorite... old fashioned sweet tea!
ALLERGIES:
We want everyone to enjoy the food and evening. If you have dietary restrictions, please detail them on your RSVP and we will accommodate you.
