Due to space restrictions at our venue, children under the age of 16 are not able to attend the day's events. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day!


Please no phones, tablets, cameras, or any other electronic device at the ceremony. We have a professional photographer who will be taking pictures that will be available to all guests soon after the event. Thank you.


The ceremony will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, starting at 2 pm. A cocktail hour will be from 4-5 pm, in the Great Hall of the Memorial Union on Campus. Between the ceremony and reception the wedding party will be taking photos and we encourage you to explore our beautiful campus before the cocktail hour! Some of our favorite spots include Lake Laverne, the campanile, Catt Hall, and Lagomarcino Hall/Courtyard.

PARKING: Please see the attached picture for parking locations. The East Parking Deck is a two minute walk from the Memorial Union and is free to park at. The Memorial Union itself has an attached parking garage on the East side of the building but costs to park in. The church asks that we move any cars parked in the church lot after the ceremony due to regularly scheduled Mass following our ceremony. Please note Saint Thomas Aquinas (ceremony) is directly across Lincoln Way from the Memorial Union (reception).

Our reception will begin at 5 pm in the Great Hall of the Memorial Union. Our entree is pecan crusted honey mustard chicken, so if you have a nut allergy please let us know and we can make arrangements for your own plate!

The reception will have dancing, bag toss, and various table games for all of our guests! We look forward to celebrating with you!
