Is there parking at the venue?
There is public parking all around the church for the ceremony. As for the Greenwood Country Club (GCC), there is parking in both the upper and lower parking lots available. If for some reason there is nowhere available to park at the reception venue, the parking lot across the street may be utilized in front of the old American Legion building. Please note, the first row at the GCC which is the side of the row closest to the entrance is reserved for the wedding party and vendors. There will be reserved signs displayed to avoid confusion, too. We also suggest using a ride share like Uber, especially if you plan to enjoy the open bar!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour and reception, all at Greenwood Country Club.
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE TO RSVP?
Please RSVP no later than Saturday, December 14th.
What kind of attire is considered black-tie optional?
Many options are abounded with this dress code! Gentlemen are requested to wear a tuxedo but can opt for a dark suit. Ladies can choose either a formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates.
can children attend?
While we love all of your little ones, we ask that children please not attend unless specified on your invitation and RSVP.
IS ANY PART OF THE DAY OUTDOORS?
No, the ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.
Where should we stay during the weekend of the wedding?
Please click on the travel tab to see our top recommendations on places to stay in town. We have room blocks under the hotels listed (good thru 12/10/24). If you have any trouble finding overnight accommodations, please reach out to either Dylan or myself and we will make sure you are taken care of!
CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEOS ON MY PERSONAL DEVICE?
Please refrain from taking any pictures or videos during the ceremony. We are having an unplugged ceremony and an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our day. However, please take all of the photos and videos you want during cocktail hour and the reception! We can’t wait to look back on all the fun memories.
