Our Wedding

Our story is not all that excited of how we became a couple. We both started working at The Vineyards at Pine Lake in 2017. He was in the tasting room as a bus boy, and I was a bartender in the event center. We would see each other in passing but not very often. He then became the manager of the tasting room and I became an event coordinator in the event center. This meant we would be working together more. We mostly talked about work and all of the fun stuff being in the hospitality field. We would hang out together in the work groups of Christmas parties or work events. Again, we would talk about work or employees. Every once in a while, we would talk about our families and personal lives. In 2019 is when we actually started to look at each other as more than friends. We would text more and talk about everything and anything. Both of us agreed that we did not want to mix work and a relationship. Luckily for us a little thing called Covid-19 helped us become a couple. In March of 2020 I was let go from my position at the Vineyards. Not long after that we would text just about every day. We did not decide to officially start dating until August of 2020 when we could actually be in the same room together. Since that time we have had a lot of great experiences together and some not so great. Within our first year of being together, I had a major surgery, and he had suffered a major loss. Once we knew we could handle all of that within the same month, we knew we could be together for the long haul. I don't know where I would be without him and I can't wait to call him my husband!

This is a 7 bedroom house that sleeps 14 people. Great for the larger families. They do have a van that will take you back and forth to the venue for a small fee.

Old Stone House Mespo

The wedding block has been cancelled due to lack of interest at this hotel. We are working to see if anyone goes here if the shuttle is still a possibility. We are SO SORRY for the last minute change!

The Grand Resort

This hotel does not block off rooms for weddings. They go on a first come first serve basis. There will be no shuttle service back and forth from this hotel.
