Where will the wedding take place?
The wedding ceremony and celebration will take place on the same property as the villas—Villa Santarsa and Villa Vallorsaia. Both villas are just a short, 10-minute walk apart, and the wedding will be a beautiful celebration right here in this stunning setting.
What’s the dress code for the wedding?

What meals will be provided?
We’ve got you covered! We’ll host a Welcome Dinner on Friday evening (October 10th), and the wedding dinner will follow the ceremony on Saturday, October 11th. You won’t need to worry about dinner for those nights—just come hungry and ready to celebrate! The rest of your meals can be prepared in the villas, where you’ll find fully equipped kitchens. Basic grocery items will be provided, but feel free to pick up anything extra you’d like. And there are plenty of restaurants nearby!
Where should we fly into?
The closest major airport is Florence Airport (Aeroporto di Firenze Peretola), about a 1.5-hour drive or 1-hour train ride from the venue. Alternatively, Rome Fiumicino Airport is a larger international airport and about a 3-hour drive away. Both airports offer car rentals, buses, and trains that can bring you to Sansepolcro. Europe’s extensive train network also makes it easy to visit nearby countries if you want to explore a bit more during your stay!
What time do we need to check out by?
Everyone must be out by 10:00 AM on Monday, October 13th, 2025.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available on the premises, so you can easily get around the property and to nearby attractions if you're driving.
Are there any fun things to do nearby?
Absolutely! You can explore the beautiful town of Sansepolcro, which is just a short distance from the villas. For a bigger adventure, Florence is only about 1.5 hours away by train, offering world-renowned art, architecture, and culture. We’ve also put together a guide with recommendations for restaurants and things to see, which will be available on the website closer to the wedding. For more information, check out the Things to Do tab.
Can I bring a plus one?
Invitations have been sent with the specific number of guests we can accommodate. We hope you understand.
Can we bring children to the wedding?
We adore your little ones, but unless they were specifically named in the invitation, we kindly ask that you leave them at home for this celebration. As this is a destination wedding, we’re keeping the event more intimate. We hope you understand.
