It all started with Jesus. If you ask Alex, it was love at first sight; but really it all started with Jesus, and the thirst for intimacy with Christ.

For these two souls, would spend many a years, yearning and praying for their 'media naranja', asking the Lord if they would ever find their vocation.

But God had to do some fine tuning with these two, and I'm sure their guardian Angels probably conversed among themselves,-oh if they only knew what Christ had in store for them.

As these two souls grew in their relationship with Christ, He eventually led them to St. Stephen's. In January 2023, Alex first saw Bianca and when a mutual friend told him she would be joining others for lunch, he knew he had to go as well. But God has a sense of humor, they didn't get to sit together; but that didn't keep the two from eyeing each other from the corner of their eyes. And when Alex heard Bianca speak Spanish, he asked her where she was from, and to his excitement and joy, she was from the same town as his family.

Bianca went home and told her parents about the blue-eyed cutie she met, and couldn't help but think about him.

It wouldn't be until End of March when the two would reconnect again. And in April, Bianca mustard up her courage to invite 'el guerito de ojos azules' to go hiking with a group of friends. Over that weekend, Alex and Bianca laid their cards on the table. 'Are you asking me to hang out, or on a date?' Bianca was not going to just hangout, and was happy when Alex made it clear it would be a date (it would end up being the best date Bianca ever went on)

From the beginning, it was God at the center, and has continued as so. For these two souls know, that without God, their hearts are restless. It is because of God, that they can choose to continue to love each other, and bear each other's cross with grace and charity.
