Bianca and Taylor both went to Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. They were both involved in Greek Life and ended up getting to know each other better after a mutual friend (Jessica- Maid of Honor) invited friends over to her apartment. They spent the night talking and learning that their hometowns were near each other. After they both went home for the holiday break, they returned to school and spent even more time together. On January 29th, 2011 Taylor asked Bianca to be his girlfriend. They spent the rest of their time at NIU attending every football game to cheer on the Huskies. They graduated and moved to the city where they like to spend time with their friends, try different restaurants, and explore Chicago!On June 18, 2016 Taylor proposed right on Lake Michigan with the beautiful backdrop of the Chicago skyline in the background and their dog Addy (of course) there for the big event. Bianca said yes! We are so excited to celebrate with family and friends. We love you all. xoxo,Bianca and Taylor

This is the most convenient airport to fly into for out of state guests. 30 minute drive from airport to the Fairmont Resort. (24 miles) We suggest taking a cab/uber because you will not need a car once at the resort, unless you plan on exploring Scottsdale. If you are looking to do any hiking while you are in Arizona for the wedding Camelback Mountain is an incredible, yet challenging mountain to visit! Be sure to bring appropriate clothing and lots of water. :)

Pinnacle Peak is another hiking option, not too far from the Fairmont. This option is a more leisurely experience than Camelback. This park offers free access and parking.
