Dawn, our TA, suggests that the general rule of thumb is about 6 months prior to departure. We recommend getting an app like hopper or Google flights to track the flight pricing. This will tell you when flights are priced below, average or high for that time range and city. You can land in Cancun (1hr30 ) or Tulum (1hr) and take transportation to Dreams.

Yes, you can add your transportation of choice when you book via travel website. There are also plenty of ways to get from the airport to the resort. The ADO bus is the cheapest and most convenient. You can find more info here: https://www.janineintheworld.com/ado-bus-mexico/. For those who would like to ride the same vehicle they MUST be on the same flight. Once our TA has all the flight information, she will compile all like flights and provide one vehicle for all like flight guests.

We totally understand! You can still book with our discounted group rates, but we would just have to make sure that the resort has the rooms available. The sooner, the better chances of having the rooms available!
