Our venue is located at Western Sky Wedding & Event Venue on the Tejas Rodeo Grounds. There are detailed instructions posted on our Travel Page in case you decide to drive your own vehicle. We highly encourage our guests to carpool or use ride share as these roads can be a bit dark at night!
While we love your little ones, we would like our wedding to be a time where everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. Unless stated otherwise on the invitation this is an adults only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
EX: "...& Family" or "Family" Vs. "Mr. & Mrs."
If your invitation says "And Guest", then yes. If not, we would prefer it to be just you.
Dressy Casual/Cocktail attire. The ceremony is outside, so dress for March weather in Texas. Boots, jeans and heels are all appropriate for our event! Please feel free to review our Dress Code Inspiration page for more information.
Yes! There will be an open bar starting after dinner and served throughout the night.
If you plan on drinking please use a designated driver or take advantage of a car service (Uber/Lyft). The venue is in the Hill Country and the roads can get pretty dark at night.
Dinner Menu: Chicken Santa Fe served with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies.
Late Night Menu: Asada Street Tacos
BOTH! The ceremony will be held outdoors under the oak trees, followed by an indoor reception.
Although the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM we ask that you please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time. This will help minimize distractions during the ceremony. Parking is available on-site, but limited. We highly suggest using a ride-share service (Uber/Lyft) so you do not have to worry about parking.
Our venue is in the Bulverde city limits, nestled in the hill country. The venue is tucked away on a back road so it is in a remote area, but Uber/Lyft are very accessible. We highly recommend using a ride share service, or a designated driver as these back roads tend to be very dark at night.
