Point Betsie Lighthouse is located on Lake Michigan shoreline north of Frankfort. The original 1858 lighthouse, keeper’s residence, fog signal building, and Boathouse Museum are open to the public.

At the end of Frankfort's Main Street, this is one of the best Lake Michigan beaches in the area. It's a great place to spend an afternoon to walk down the pier, lay on the beach, and swim.

There are a bunch of golf courses in the area with incredible views!

Traverse City has lots of wineries that offer tours, tastings, or you can stop in for a glass. Reservations are strongly recommended. We can recommend some of our favorites if interested!
