Bianca's Perspective:
As a wedding photographer, I met my clients in May 2022, and they quickly became dear friends. Adam was a groomsman at their wedding. During our consultation, Adam and I discovered we had so much in common that our friends insisted we meet.
On their wedding day, I was busy preparing and didn't realize I'd met Adam until later in the afternoon. I thought there was no way such a handsome, charming guy would be interested in me. At the reception, Adam saved me a seat while I got food, and his dad showed me family photos, with Adam cutely trying to stop him. Despite having a face full of pulled pork sandwich, Adam and I took a walk and discovered even more common interests before he was called back.
The evening was beautiful, filled with laughter as Adam danced with confidence despite his lack of coordination. I'll always remember that day, thanks to our friends Karl, Marysol, and Ana. As the night ended, Adam kindly offered to walk me to my car and asked me out for breakfast, my favorite meal.
Our first breakfast date at our favorite diner was magical, with Adam surprising me with flowers. I was nervous but excited, and we shared our first kiss during a walk. On our third date, I nervously but genuinely said "I love you," a first for me.
A year and a half later, on December 22, 2023, after breakfast at our favorite spot, we went on a road trip to Hogback Mountain in Vermont, where Adam proposed. I joyfully said YES.
We can't wait to celebrate our wedding with you in October!
Adam's Perspective:
Several months prior to the wedding, when my friend Karl told me that he had met someone that I should meet, I kind of rolled my eyes. I had been through all kinds of situations where my friends try to set me up with a girls, it never ended well. As many of you know, I am very independent, and give off some gruff mountain man vibes. When I met Bianca at Karl and Marisol's wedding though, everything was different. She was so easy to talk to and super sweet. So after some urging by my friend Karl, I stole her a seat at my table (The guy who was next to me at the table was up getting food and I gave her his seat) We finished dinner and we went for a walk. During our walk, I discovered we had a lot in common. Later that night, I worked up the nerve to ask her for her phone number, and walked her to her car. We went on our first date several days later, and I have fallen in love with her more and more each day ever since!
