Parking is limited, so spots will be reserved for immediate family first. We kindly encourage guests to use Uber or another rideshare service (you can find the address on the invite or text us!). Shuttle options are also available—see details below!

We’ll have a shuttle running from the hotel (address below) to the venue, making multiple trips at different times. After the celebration, the shuttle will bring everyone back to the hotel. The ride is quick—just 6 minutes! Best Western Plus 15471 Royalton Rd, Strongsville, OH 44136 Shuttle afternoon times start at 2pm and go every 20mins. Last shuttle will be at 330pm. Shuttle evening times start at 8:15 and go every 20mins. Last ride at 1030pm.

Due to limited space, we are only accommodating a small number of children. Please only bring those specifically listed when you RSVP.

The ceremony and reception will all happen in one beautiful spot! Please arrive by 3:30 PM to get comfy and ready—our “I do’s” start right at 4:00 PM!

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable—we’re keeping it relaxed! It’s a backyard wedding, after all. Just a heads-up: there are friendly chickens and dogs roaming around, so dress accordingly if you’d rather not share your outfit with a curious beak or wet nose! Hey ladies!
