Picture this, summer of 2012 basement graduation party.

There is an intense game of beer pong going on, Dan vs. Bianca. It all comes down to the wire, Dan jokingly made a bet, if he sinks the last cup, Bianca will owe him a kiss. Before you know it, Bianca loses and as the good sport she is, she walked Dans way and gave him a smooch.

He was stiff as board and seemed terrified as if she wouldn't actually do it. I swear for Dan, it was love at first kiss. He said "I love you" after about 2 dates (it slipped by mistake). For Bianca, it took some time. Dan was shy around her for a long time. It took her a while to get to know the real him.

October 2012, hurricane Sandy. Bianca lost nearly everything and is now living with the DePaul's with the anticipation her house would be livable soon enough. She never goes back to the bungalow in Cherry Quay. Not your average timeline to move in with a partner, definitely trying times for everyone involved but we grew from it.

A few years, graduations, and apartments later they bought their first home in 2019. Now they have set roots, but all the while they have enjoyed travel and new experiences together.

Fast forward to October 2022, nearly ten years later. Bianca gets the ring, FINALLY! Dan proposed in front of the ocean and Barnegat lighthouse with his mom and Bianca's sister present. Who knew he could be so romantic? It took a team to pull this off (so thank you everyone involved).

Headed toward our wedding day, we are both strong individuals and a very strong couple. We have grown independently and together. We cannot imagine our life and future without each other.
