We have a block of discounted Lodge Village Guestrooms at a $179.00 (plus resort fees & taxes) nightly rate that will be held for us until November 12th 2025. If you want to book another accommodation type, please call the Resort Reservation’s line directly at 800-547-3922 and refer to the Schmitt-Poppenhagen Wedding to ensure you’re attached. There will be a Welcome Reception on Friday, December 12th, which all guests will be invited to. Please keep this in mind when booking accommodations. By booking through Sunriver Resort and Schmitt-Poppenhagen Wedding, you have access to amenities such as the 24 shuttle that runs through Sunriver property, the Sage Springs Club and Spa, the indoor & outdoor Cove Aquatic Center plus special guest rates at most of the resort recreation outlets.

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to have an adults-only celebration. The only exceptions are for children who are part of the bridal party. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Yes, our wedding ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. We look forward to celebrating with you in a beautiful, comfortable setting!

Yes! We’re excited to kick off the celebrations with all of our guests at the welcome party the night before the wedding. This will take place at the Owl's Nest inside of the Sunriver Lodge. Please RSVP for this event. We hope to see you there!

Yes! Guest staying through Sunriver Resort under Schmitt-Poppenhagen Wedding, will receive complimentary shuttle transportation throughout Sunriver and Crosswater on an individual, on call basis. Please, utilize this during our winter wedding!
