Concerning payments, going forward you have 2 options.
FIRST OPTION:
make 3 payments (a 3rd now 1st payment starting Oct. 15th or November 15th) 2nd payment April 15th and last payment June 14th.
SECOND OPTION:
Make equal monthly payments on the 15th of each month starting Oct.15th or November 15th.
PAYMENT SUBMISSION:
To submit monthly or quarterly payments, you may do so by simply sending me an email giving me permission to charge the card that I currently have on file, list the last 4 digits of the card and the amount that you wish to pay or establish upfront in writing that I have permission to charge the card on the scheduled dates per option chosen.
If you wish to use a different card, you MUST submit a new authorization form. If you need assistance with what your payment amount will be based on which payment option you choose, please contact me. I am happy to help you or simply divide the amount (balance due) provided on your invoice/itinerary by 3 (3 payment option), 7 or 8 (monthly payment option) depending on your start date.
PLEASE NOTE: 50% of your total balance MUST be paid by April 15th and final payment is due June 14th no exceptions. The deadline date is non-negotiable.

Flights for Costa Rico were released on OCT. 9th however, when flights are first released the prices are typically high. My plan is to obtain a group rate for flights but, in order for you to take advantage of the rate, you must be flying from a city where at least 10 others are also departing. Delta will be the preferred vendor for flights.
Please note that you are free to book your own flight if you like, some have expressed using their SkyMiles or a different airline altogether. If you choose to book your own flights, I will need your arrival and departure information if you choose to use the ride share that I am working on for the group. Currently Delta Vacations is offering the feature at $107 pp. I have already identified someone through Viator who can provide us a better rate and the service will be private transportation (our group only). More information will be forthcoming about transportation to and from the airport.
If you would like for me to add your Delta SkyMiles number, Global Entry, TSA Precheck or Clear to your reservation, please forward me the information in a separate email.
As it relates to Travel Protection or Insurance, everyone who requested insurance should have received an email containing 3 quotes with different price points and coverage, you have 10 days from the date that you received the quote to purchase the insurance.
Need To Know
• Payment Plans: Should you want to set up a payment plan or make sporadic incremental payments feel free to do so by (October 31, 2024).
• Clothing: In the evening, some restaurants require men to wear long pants, shirt with collar
& closed toe shoes. Women may wear cocktail dresses, sundresses, slacks, or nice Capri pants, and dressy sandals. During the daytime, dress is VERY casual.
• Airport: you must arrive at the airport 2 – 3 hours prior to flight departure time.
Weather: Generally, August in Costa Rica will be really nice, with an average temperature of around 84°F / 29°C. But due to the moderate humidity it can feel slightly uncomfortable for some.
• Frequent Flyer: In the event you would like to use your frequent flyer miles you will need to contact the airline directly but make sure you email Chandra your flight itinerary so she may arrange for your airport transportation to & from the resort.
• Hidden Fees: Resort Fees, Gift Shop, Spa, Tours & Excursions & motorized water sports are not included.
• Travel Insurance: If you are interested in travel insurance, please contact Chandra as she can provide detailed information.

PLEASE LOOK AT CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM
• All payments should be made directly to AAA South Attn: Chandra Fields. Payments can be made via credit card by utilizing the attached credit card authorization form. This form should be emailed or faxed directly to Chandra.
• Then you give your deposit, please inquire as to other room categories you are interested in, as well as your anticipated arrival and departure days. Travel dates are August 29,2024 until September 2, 2024. You may plan your stay according to your schedule and may arrive or depart sooner or later than the given dates.
• After you have paid your initial deposit of $100 per person to secure your room, you will receive a confirmation from the travel agent and you will continue to make payments directly to
her for your remaining balance. We encourage each guest to develop a payment schedule that works for your budget and make payments as frequently as you would like over the next 6 months.
