We would love to have an informal welcome get together on Friday, May 9th around 7:30pm. The Gasparilla Inn has a large lounge and sitting area on the first floor, next to BZ's Bar. We ask that our guests congregate in this area to kick off the wedding weekend and catch up with the bride, groom, family and friends.

Children are not allowed to attend the wedding ceremony or reception. Only the guests listed on your mailed invitation/ RSVP list on the wedding website are invited to attend the events. However, because it is a weekend stay, if you would like to bring your children along you are welcome to do so. The Gasparilla Inn has babysitting services through the concierge that you can reserve while you are attending the wedding events. Children are allowed to attend the welcome party on Friday night!

Day Attire: Shorts and island casual wear inside the Gasparilla Inn Main Dining Room. No bathing suits or tank tops inside the Main Dining Room at the Gasparilla Inn. Evening Attire: Gentlemen wear dress slacks and collared shirts. A jacket or tie is not required. Ladies’ apparel should be comparable to the gentlemen, such as blouses, skirts, dresses, and dress slacks. Jeans, shorts or tank tops are not permitted.

Please wear country club formal attire. Ladies - Colorful, preppy, floral, long or mid length dresses with heels are suggested. Men - Think formal Tommy Bahama or Ralph Lauren attire. Suit jackets and pants with dress shoes. Tie or bow tie required. We encourage colorful attire!
