How did Billie and Nikolas meet, you may be wondering? It all started when the two downloaded Tinder...and there was a swipe to the right...then some chinese food. That was the start to the rest of our lives.

It sounds pretty cheesy, but its true.

Back in February of 2017, Billie and Nik matched on Tinder and started talking online. After a few days of constant messages they decided to go on their first date on February 22nd, 2017. They met at the China Kitchen Chinese Restaurant on Wye Road in Sherwood Park (they have the BEST Chinese Food, if you haven't tried them before) and Billie spent the entire time talking Nik's ear off - if you know her, this isn't surprising. They ended up going back to Nik's parents house to watch The Walking Dead where Billie met Nik's parents, Katherine & Jerry Hanna, for the first time. Billie sat as far away from Nik on the couch as possible and they watched The Walking Dead (it was the Glen episode, in case anyone was wondering). After the first date, Billie and Nik continued to go on dates, and the rest is history!

...they never did finish watching The Walking Dead.
