The ceremony will start at 3:30pm. Please be 20-30 minutes early. Also, it is an outdoor ceremony & cocktail hour (weather permitting). Please dress accordingly. There will be a shuttle bus from the two hotels that contain the wedding blocks. The pick up times are: 2:30/2:35 & 3:00 from The Holiday Inn 2:40 & 3:05 from the Homes2 Suites By Hilton Return times from the venue are: 9:45, 10:45 & 11:45

If you are late for the ceremony, that is completely fine! We have it listed as 3:00pm, but we will actually be getting started at 3:30pm. Please feel free to arrive later than 3:00pm, however the ceremony will be promptly starting at 3:30pm- so we recommend aiming to be there between 3:10 & 3:20. If you arrive after 3:30pm, please either sit at the very back, to minimize distraction OR wait at the cocktail hour area. Thank you so much for your understanding.

We love your little ones - however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding, unless they were confirmed prior to the final RSVP date. We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure that folks will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding!

We are shooting for relaxed cocktail attire. This means that dresses/skirts, dress pants, suits and a nice pair of jeans with a dress shirt are all welcome. Please, no sweat pants, leggings, jeans with holes or hoodies. We understand it is October and can be chilly, so we will have some blankets to help keep the chill away.

It will be open bar for cocktail hour & dinner service (wine on the tables). Reception will be drink tickets & cash bar (no debit/credit) when tickets are gone. Bar Pricing: Liquor- $2.00/shot Beer- $3.00/can Wine- $5.00/glass

Billie & Andrew will be hosting a brunch at 11:30am at Silver Sands Tent & Trailer Park. If you are planning on attending this brunch, please let them know by the week prior! If you do not wish to join the brunch, there are multiple locations located in close proximity to the accommodations listed on the "accommodations" page.
