This is where we stayed on our initial trip to Ireland. It's a Marriott property and we had a pretty comfortable stay. The bathrooms are smaller here. There is a lot to walk to nearby, but I would expect 15-20min walk to Dublin hotspots. (Check out July 4th)

This hotel is in the heart of Dublin and walking distance to many restaurants and shops! It also offers many bedroom set ups, in terms of number of beds, great for families.

Many great options in Dublin. We would recommend staying around or near or around St. Stephens Green (a central park in the city). (Check out July 4th)

If you are staying in Dublin for the weekend, you won't need a car, but should you decide to have your own transport to the Castle for the wedding day, you can rent a car in Dublin City Center, and return it there or the Airport. Make sure you have someone who is comfortable driving as the driver's side is on the right side and you drive on the left side of road (opposite of US). If you plan on driving to the Irish countryside, the roads are typically smaller depending on where you go.
