We will be doing a Bible Guestbook! All guests are being asked to have a few verses prepared!
These verses can be your personal favorite or one to look to in marriage, etc. Just something for us to be able to look at & know who was a part of our special day!
Can I bring a "Plus One"?
As much as we wish we could have everyone possible be at the celebration of our marriage, due to our venue being of a smaller size & our very large families, we are unable to accommodate a "Plus One" for every guest UNLESS listed on the invite you received.
We truly hope you can understand this! We cannot wait to see you there!
Are children allowed?
We want to enjoy this day with every single one of you & your children. However, due to the sizing of our venue & its restrictions, we are very limited on space & the amount of people we can invite.
With that being said, unless it was specifically stated on your invite, (Ex. Jane, John, & the Kids), we are unable to reserve them a seat at this time! If a seat would become available, we will be sure to let you know!
Thank you for understanding this & just know that it's been a very hard decision for us in having to say no to some of your little ones not being able to be a part of our day!

Yes!
We have registries through The Knot, Amazon, & Etsy.

Can we video or take photos during the wedding ceremony?
We ask that all of our guests take in the moment & enjoy an unplugged ceremony where we all get to take in this celebration of marriage without the distractions of our phones!
We have hired 2 photographers & a videographer whose job is to be catching every moment so there is none to be missed!
What time is the ceremony?
4:00pm
Where is the wedding taking place?
The Evergreen in Horner, WV
Will there be a cocktail hour?
To give time for the bridal party & family pictures to take place after the ceremony, there WILL be a "Caffeine Hour".
How do I RSVP?
You can RSVP here on the website under the RSVP icon or message Emalee 304-641-6271 to let her know of the details in your reservation.
We kindly ask that everyone RSVPs by August 9, 2025 so that we can make arrangements for all food preparation & set-up for our wedding!
Will there be an open bar?
No, we will be hosting a Dry Wedding.
No alcohol is to be brought to the Wedding or will be being served.
What is the dress code?
Dressy Casual & Fall Colors
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
It will be outdoors, dependent on the weather. If the weather does not cooperate, we will be having the ceremony inside The Evergreen.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, The Evergreen has provided a section of land where guests will be directed to park. If any overflow occurs, there is other areas that have been designated for that.
If we purchase a gift, where should we ship it?
Message Emalee at 304-641-6271 & she can provide their address!
Can we smoke at the venue?
No smoking or vaping is allowed in or near the venue. Our venue states no smoking or vaping within 50 feet can occur.
