From the very beginning, we both knew this was something special. Our first date was unforgettable, not just because of the sparks between us, but also because a firework literally exploded in Blake's hand, sending us straight to the emergency room. (Don't worry, he was fine.)

Some people say when you know, you just know; and that's exactly how it was for us. From the very beginning, we just couldn't stop laughing together. and it had felt like we had known each other forever.

Since then, life together has been full of adventures, big and small. Taking casual road trips to see local sights, to having music date nights where we just sit and enjoy our favorite songs together. Many evenings consist of cooking our favorite foods together, and playing a classic game of fetch with our dog, Gus. Along the way, we bought our first car together, and then our first home; building a life that feels so perfectly us.

One of the most memorable adventures led us to Lake of the Ozarks, where Blake had planned a hike for us. Before the hike even began, he surprised me by getting down on one knee. Of course, I said yes.

Now, we can't wait for the next adventure; saying "I do" and celebrating with all of you.
