We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is Formal attire. This includes floor length gowns and midi dresses for women. For men, this includes suits and ties (please no jeans). Our wedding party will be in formal black gowns and black suits. As a guest, please don't hesitate to come in your fun bright colors and patterns. This is a summer wedding after all!

The ceremony will begin promptly at half after 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Please arrive no later than 4:20pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be inside the glass atrium structures of the venue. There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy during cocktail hour.

Yes, large commercial grade air condition units will be in both atrium structures.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thanks for understanding!

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our nephew and niece. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

The bartenders will be carding. Please have your ID on you & ready to be shown while ordering adult beverages.

Yes, there will be a 4pm shuttle to Woodland Glasshaus from our Hotel block - see Travel for more details. The shuttle will also be running from 9pm-11:45pm for guests that would like a ride back to the Holiday Inn Chanhassen.

Yes, we want all guests to be safe - no drinking and driving! You are welcome to leave your vehicles overnight. We kindly ask that they be picked up from the venue by 11am the next day. Please note, Uber and Lyft typically do not service the area late at night, so we strongly recommend utilizing our shuttle services to the nearby hotel if you do not have a ride home.
