Blake and Ashley met while taking the Firefighter One course for Monroe County, Blake was 19 and Ashley was 18. The two were assigned to the same company for the duration of the class and became close friends as the class went on but, Blake knew Ashley took the course very seriously so he waited till the night of class graduation to ask her out! The two have been inseparable ever since. Since then the couple has moved out together (little did they know they were about to start life on their own exactly one week before the Covid-19 lockdown!). They survived the lockdown together since both stayed working through the pandemic! The village of Bergen has been home for the couple for 3 years now. Bergen is where they had their first apartment which taught them how to handle situations like a leaking roof! The couple are now in their second apartment down the street from the first with no leaking roof! Hooray!! Blake & Ashley have been living with Blake's cat who goes by many names but really only listens to Kitty! The couple can not wait to share the rest of their love story with you!
