We met at Kentucky State university somewhere between football practices and playing cards in young hall. There was always a spark that kept us connected. Whether it was Kappa pageants and step shows, deciding to be KEMPS partners for life, or having “unofficial dates” God was keeping us close and comfortable.

There is something special about being friends first and having God in the relationship that makes the love that much stronger.
