We have arranged shuttles to transport guests from Tru by Hilton at 1500 tunnel road up the mountain to Little Bee Woods. We kindly request that everyone who is able to please use the shuttles as there is limited parking at the venue, and the drive up is quite challenging.

The shuttles will leave 1500 tunnel road at 3:30 PM to make it up the mountain and to the venue by about 4:00. One shuttle will leave the venue around 9:00 PM. for anyone who wants to head to bed earlier, with the other leaving around 10:00 after the send off for the bride and groom.

We have arranged heaters under the reception tent to keep everyone cozy, as well as a special surprise to keep you all extra warm. However, we do recommend coats or wraps for the ladies during the ceremony.
