Can guests camp overnight after the reception?
Yes! Any guests are welcome to camp over night at the venue after the reception. Campers, trailers and tents are all welcome.
How do I RSVP for a Wedding Event?
To RSVP to an event, please go to the websites home page. Hit the large RSVP button. Type in your full name and all wedding events you are invited to will pop up with an attend or decline option!
How long do you have the venue rented for?
We have our venue for the whole weekend!
Will masks be required and supplied?
No, our venue does not require masks to be worn. This allows guests to choose on their own to wear a mask or not and we ask that all guests respect that choice either way.
Camping accommodations?
Our Venue has wide open grass meadows that can hold MANY RV’s and tents. They do not have any cabins or accommodations just the space. They also do not have hook-ups for trailers/RV’s so they need to be self sufficient and they do allow generators. There is no limit on overnight campers. Any guests can stay that wish to.
Will there be good cell service?
We do want to let all our guests know that there is limited cell service at our Venue! Rebers Riverside is located out in the country where some cell services do not reach. please be prepared to have limited service once you arrive to the venue.
Is the venue location close to town?
No, our venue location is rural, out in the country! It is a good 25 minutes at least from the closest town.
Is the Wedding Ceremony and Reception kid friendly?
Yes, both are kid friendly! We just ask that everyone does keep a close eye on their young ones because we are responsible for all our guests and want everyone safe and to have a great time.
Will there be alcohol served?
Yes, but no hard liquor will be provided. We will have beer, wine and some other alcoholic beverages for the night!
Is there WIFI available at your venue?
No, there is no WIFI and also poor cell service at our Venue.
Are there rooms or cabins available at the venue?
No, there are no rooms for rent at our venue. They did recommend several RV rentals options nearby that are willing to drop off and pick up their RVs and Campers. This is another option other than renting a hotel room. I added that info into travel accommodations and if any further questions can message me for more info on those. Thank you!
Arrival times, for RV/Camper set up??
No one who is planning on camping needs to check-in or reserve a spot. Just a huge field you pull in and park!
For guests with RVs or campers arriving to venue on Friday:
You can come any time after 10am Friday. Venue assistance in directing or helping will be available all day if needed.
For guests with RVs or campers arriving to venue on Saturday:
Please arrive as early as possible, at least a minimum of two hours before ceremony to get parked and set up without interrupting set up, guests' arrival and photos.
Can guests who are camping bring their dog/dogs??
Dogs are allowed in camping area but not in venue. They must be leashed at all times and are not allowed to run free at any times.
