If you are one of the guests we were able to accommodate on property you will have a "B&S Guest" on the back of your photo invite and an RSVP option.

We would love to keep the weekend as an intimate event with close friends and family. That being said, we know relationships can change as time goes on. If you are a guest staying off-site, please feel free to bring a plus one just let us know to add a seat! If you are staying on Beak & Skiff campus with us and would like to bring a plus one that is not included in your RSVP, please reach out to Bobby or Dani. More is merrier but we may ask you find off-site accommodations due to limited beds.

While we adore your little ones, we would like everyone to celebrate the weekend without having to worry about little eyes and ears. We respectfully request that other arrangements be made to allow mom and dad a weekend off. If other options are not available and this would prevent you from attending please reach out to us directly.

Everyone is welcome to spend the long weekend enjoying all the Beak & Skiff properties have to offer, regardless if you are staying on property or not. We will have some food and drink available, pools, games, and walking distance to all the fun activities at the orchard next door! However, we understand with work and travel, participating in the whole weekend might not be in the cards. If that is the case for you, please feel free to join us for as long as you are able and we would encourage you to celebrate our wedding with us on the 31st!

Do not feel obligated to spend all your time at the houses, especially if you are a first time visitor to the area. We have included a Things To Do section here on the website with some of our suggestions and a page for anyone looking to extend the trip and experience New York!

April 1st, 2025!

While the wedding will be structured more like an intimate backyard wedding- we will be dressing up! Feel free to bust out that new summer dress or go casual with a fish button-up. Whatever you are most excited/comfortable wearing works for us!

After the ceremony we will be providing food and drink (while encouraging dancing!). In place of a formal dinner reception we like to think of the whole weekend as one big celebration allowing us to spend time with all our loved ones while friends and family better get to know each other.

Just yourself and good vibes! We encourage anyone with food preferences or dietary restrictions to bring what you would like to have for a long weekend, although we will try to accommodate best we can. Additionally, pools and/or hot tubs are available at all four properties so make sure to pack a swim suit and towel if you'd like to indulge. (Dani recommends you bring some bug spray too!)

All events will take place outdoors barring unexpected weather. Please be prepared for walking on grass and potentially uneven ground at times. This will be end of summer in NY *fingers crossed* we will be expecting warm and sunny *fingers crossed harder* weather and potentially some bugs.

Yes Please! We will have a professional photographer the day of the wedding and kindly ask you allow them to get some great phone-free shots during the ceremony that we can share with everyone later. However, outside of the ceremony go nuts! We love pictures and can't wait to see the weekend from everyone's point of view.

Due to cost constraints we are unable to provide transportation for the weekend. There are car rentals available from the Syracuse Airport as well as taxis, Uber, and Lyft in the area.

All four houses have available parking as well as Beak & Skiff orchard next door if needed. If staying on property we encourage 'carpooling' and can help set people up in groups if requested.

Your presence at our wedding weekend is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution towards our house fund would be very welcome! ( @Bobby-Keenum on Venmo).
