What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and the reception are at our venue, Stone Meadow Gardens. The address can be found on your invitation or under the home tab on our wedding website. For travel information, please go to our travel tab on our wedding website.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be taking place both indoors and outdoors as there is seating indoors during dinner and outdoors at the firepits during the party.
What happens after the ceremony?
While the bridal party is taking pictures in the garden, guests will move toward the Terracotta Room at Stone Meadow Garden for cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
There are two free parking lots at Stone Meadow Gardens. When parking for the venue, someone will be there advising you where to park based on your needs. The venue does have handicap accessibility for the ceremony.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
There is a hotel block for guests. You can access the hotel block through the travel tab on our website. Be advised, that all reservations for the hotel block must be submitted 6 weeks prior to the wedding. You can also call to reserve a room by calling, just use the bride or grooms last names when calling the hotel.
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP?
RSVP's are due by April 1, 2023. Please mail back the response card with names of guests attending and chosen dinner option by the RSVP date.
Where are you registered?
We are lucky enough to have all the physical items we need and have set up a honeymoon fund instead. This can be found under the registry tab on our wedding website.
What are the entrée options?
There are four entrée options for our sit down dinner.
1.Mustard Glazed Salmon
2. Chicken stuffed with ham & cheese with tomato white wine cream sauce
3. Tequila marinated hanger steak with bourbon chutney
4. Vegetarian Quinoa cake with tomato eggplant ragout.
Each option comes with a side of honey roasted carrots and mashed potato.
