When is the RSVP deadline and how do I RSVP?
We kindly ask all guests to please RSVP by July 1st. You can do so here on our wedding website.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.
Are children welcome?
We'd like to keep our celebration to adults only, but please reach out if this would prevent you from being able to attend.
What should I wear?
Cocktail or "Sunday Best" would look great. As we'll be outside for the reception, we recommend something that isn't too hot or restrictive.
If I'm not attending the temple sealing, can I still come to the temple?
While you will need a temple recommend to attend the sealing ceremony, you are more than welcome to join us outside the temple for our walking out celebration and photos! We will likely be coming out of the temple around 12:15/12:30pm. You are welcome to wait on benches outside of the temple or inside the visitors' center which is adjacent to the temple.
What should I expect after the temple sealing?
After the sealing, guests will exit the temple and wait outside the front doors for Bobby and Leanna to come out, likely sometime between 12:15-12:30pm. There will be lots of hugging and celebrating, then the photographer will get photos of everyone. Bobby and Leanna will stick around to take additional photos together, while guests can enjoy downtown Philly and make their way over to The Moshulu for the reception which begins at 2:00pm.
How far is the reception venue from the temple?
The Moshulu is about a 15 minute car ride from the Philadelphia temple.
Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?
We will be outdoors on the deck of the Moshulu which has a covered roof, so you'll stay dry even if it's raining.
What type of food and drink will be served at the reception?
Our reception at the historic Moshulu will feature a buffet lunch, mocktail bar, and a wedding cake homemade by Bobby's sister, Becky!
I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that?
Please reach out to Bobby or Leanna directly if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies you'd like us to be aware of.
Where can I park?
Philadelphia Temple: Free parking underground parking is available in the temple garage with the entrance located on 18th street. To park in the garage, pull through to the gate and take a ticket. Park anywhere inside the garage and keep the ticket with you. Parking ticket may be validated inside the temple at the front desk. https://maps.app.goo.gl/eiUjijUFm5PBNSfG8
Street parking is also available close by to the temple; parking fees are required during posted hours. Parking can be paid via the meterUP app or by credit/debit card at the nearest parking kiosk.
The Moshulu: Delaware River Waterfront owns and operates the adjacent parking lot on Penn's Landing, which charges $20 per vehicle. Additional self-parking is available across Columbus Blvd.
Taxi, Uber, and Lyft, the official rider service for Moshulu, are available in Lombard Circle.
Where should I stay if I'm coming from out of town?
For the quickest access to the temple and The Moshulu, we recommend staying in the Center City or Old City areas.
What other things can I do in Philadelphia that weekend?
Some of our favorite things to do in Philly are eating our way through Reading Terminal Market, exploring historical sites around Old City, and visiting museums like the Mutter Museum, Museum of the American Revolution, and the Philadelphia Art Museum. The Phillies will also be playing at home that weekend :-)
How should I get around Philadelphia?
Amtrak or Megabus are both easy and relatively affordable for traveling from NYC to Philly. A rental car or Uber/Lyft will be the most comfortable option for getting around the city, but public transit is also available.
Is there a gift registry?
Yes. If you'd like to send us a gift, our registry is linked here on our wedding website.
