Both the ceremony and reception are located at "Willow Creek". The property includes a beautiful glass chapel, barn, outdoor deck and pond, as well as miles of walking trails. There will be signs on the side of the gravel road directing you to turn into the property. Adress: 4066 325th St, Shelby, IA 51570

We ask that you arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM, as the wedding party will be finishing up taking photos.

Our venue is located on a beautiful plot of land. It does require about 10 minutes of driving on gravel roads to get there. There will be plenty of parking, and if necessary, they will open up a field for extra parking stalls. You are able to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, as long as you pick it up by 9 am the next morning. We ask that you leave the front parking stalls for our guest with limited mobility.

Unfortunately, the venue is in the middle of nowhere! There is a small town about 10 minutes away from the venue that offers a hotel, however, we recommend booking in downtown Omaha or Council Bluffs. We will provide hotel blocks at the Residence Inn in Downtown Omaha near the Old Market. We highly suggest this hotel!

With guests staying in different hotels and potentially different cities, we will not be offering any shuttle services. The chapel where the ceremony will take place is on the same property as the reception barn.

Similarly, to getting there, we will not be offering any shuttle services back to the hotel. We ask that you plan accordingly and if you plan on drinking, please have a sober driver for your trip home! You are able to keep your vehicle parked at the venue overnight, as long as you are able to pick it up by 9 am the next morning.

Our Ushers will escort you to your seat.

We will have assigned tables at the reception. Before entering the barn, you will notice a sign listing who will be seated at each table. As far as where you sit at your table, that is completely up to you!

Unfortunately, we are very limited on space. Your formal invitation will inform you on what we have available.

Please do not bring any alcohol onto the venue's property!!! You will get charged $400 dollars for any drinks that are not purchased through the venue. We will provide all our guest with an open bar to enjoy during cocktail hour and dancing.

Have your Sunday best! All colors of dresses, except white ( ; are welcomed.

Luckily for us, both the ceremony and venue will take place indoors. With that being said, Midwest weather in June tends to stay between 62 and 83 degrees. Precipitation is more likely, so expect possible showers. Hopefully none on our wedding day!
