On October 20th, 2023 Bonnie was attending and celebrating the OU BCM's 100th year reunion. I was excited to see old friends and to catch up with people that I spent much time with in college. Little did I know, that day I would see a tall redheaded man, and simply ask, "who is that?" My friend Meg asked if I wanted to go meet the man I questioned about that day, and I hastily said no! Meg decided on her own that she needed to do some matchmaking and 6 days later texted me that she had done some searching and found out some details about this mysterious man. Stephen told Meg that he was open to meeting me if I was interested! I was so scared, but was definitely curious!

Stephen texted me on November 4th and we talked all evening, the next morning he asked if I would like to meet up! The evening of November 6, was our first official meeting and we talked for four hours! The same week on November 10th was our first official date--he took me to a Brazilian Steak House, if you know anything about me it is that I LOVE steak! As the months went on, I began to trust Stephen and found out how perfect of a man he was for me! Stephen truly is the man that God made for me and I am blessed that we found one another!! I can't wait to be his wife!
