Here's a collection of great activities, museums, and park around Cleveland to check out when you visit!
FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL THE PEOPLE FOREVER!
The Cleveland Museum of Art is not only our favorite museum in the city but it is frequently cited as one of the best art museums in the nation.
Also, it's always free to the public, hence their awesome mission statement listed above
This is the first museum people think of when they think Cleveland, and it's for good reason. For those who have never been, it's definitely worth the visit.
Cleveland's grand public market. Enjoy the sights, sounds, and tastes of Cleveland's diverse ethnic community.
Sausages, pastries, cheeses, sausages, pierogies, produce, and sausages abound!
Should be open Friday and Saturday of the wedding weekend. Enjoy a beer in one of Ohio City's many breweries before or after.
If you're looking to take a dip or go on a nice run or walk, there's no better park close to downtown than Edgewater Park and Beach.
Check another National Park off your list with a quick visit to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. With the northerly park entrance just 20 minutes south of downtown, this is a great option for a morning walk, hike, or run.
If you're looking for something to do near Little Italy before bocce on Friday, consider a walk through Lake View Cemetery. One of Rachel's favorite places in the city, you can see the tomb of President James A. Garfield, John D. Rockefeller, Alan Freed (Cleveland DJ who coined the term Rock & Roll), and the ever-haunting Haserot Angel (pictured).
