What is the easiest way to get to The Sanctuary?
You may drive to the venue where valet will park for you or you may take the shuttle from TownePlace Suites by Marriott Denver (10664 Cabela Dr, Lone Tree, CO)
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is outdoors in a pavilion, it will be covered. The dinner will be held indoors.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have reserved a room block at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Denver (10664 Cabela Dr, Lone Tree, CO, (303 708 9664))
Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue to the hotel?
Yes, a shuttle will pick up at Inverness Hotel at 3:45, and from TownePlace Suites by Marriott at 4:15 pm to leave for the venue. The shuttle will pick up from the venue at 10 & 11 pm.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code is semi-formal, not black tie.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We kindly request you leave your children at home and enjoy an evening to yourselves.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
4-4:30 pm
What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after party?
The reception will end at 11 pm. There is not a planned after party.
Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
While we understand you may want to take photos to cherish later but please leave the photography to our hired professionals. To make their jobs easier, please refrain from taking your phones out.
