The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat (for dresses nothing skintight or super short is preferred & appreciated).

As we all know Colorado weather can be rather unpredictable, however as of now the forecast is 83 degrees and sunny (so fingers crossed it ends up being this nice)!

Both the ceremony and the reception will be taking place at The Oaks venue.

The ceremony will take place outdoors on The Oaks lawn and the reception will be held indoors. As mentioned, the weather should be rather nice on our big day but please bring a warm layer if you feel the need just in case.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. The ceremony will start at 5:00pm sharp (so arriving by 4:30pm is recommended).

Parking is free and all guests will park in The Oaks parking lot, there will be plenty of space for everyone to park!

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

The ceremony and reception spaces are wheelchair accessible.

Transportation will not be provided to and from the ceremony/reception area unless you are staying at the Inverness Hilton. This hotel provides a free shuttle to and from The Oaks venue. For all other locations, please make arrangements to drive, carpool or Uber/Lyft to our wedding.
