To make a very long story short, we have known each other since sixth grade in 2011. Bradley was a football player for our school and I was a cheerleader. We had a lot of friends in common, but we never really knew each other or spoke.
Fast-forward to September 2023 I started going to church with my mom at Trinity Baptist, which is where she is a member and I was reacquainted with Bradley because he is one of the young preachers there and has been going there most of his life.
We got to hang out a little bit because we both were in the singles young adult Sunday school class and we got to catch up and we talked a lot about people we knew in high school and where some people are and those few we have lost .
Later on down the road, Bradley took the courage to personally reach out to me and then we ended up talking and we went on a couple of dates and then we started dating and now here we are .
If you would’ve told us back in high school that we were meant for each other and would’ve ended up getting married and serving the Lord together, we would’ve told you that you were crazy .
God is so good, all of his grace and his mercy, neither one of us deserve. We are blessed to be able to serve the Lord side-by-side for the rest of our earthly lives and for eternity one day when we get to Heaven. We can’t wait to see what the Lord does for us in our ministry serving him.
