Brad & Alex's journey begins on a Halloween pub crawl in 2015 where the two star-crossed lovers first met. This however, was not the right place nor the right time. Years later, once both Alex & Brad had graduated from University, in Nursing and Engineering respectively, they met on a dating app (classic).

In one of the last weeks of summer 2021, Brad & Alex went on their first official date! From there they never looked back, moving in together shortly after in February 2022 and welcoming their first addition to their family, Ducky the Mini Labradoodle, in Fall 2022. Brad proposed to Alex on August 24, 2023 in the Edmonton River Valley, where she said "Yes!."
