Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at our venue. Guests who drive to the venue are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight if they need a safe ride home. We request that you pick up your vehicles the next morning by 10am. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.

ALCOHOL, BAR, AND SMOKING

Please drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive.   All alcoholic beverages must be served through the venue. No alcohol may be removed from the property. No shots or drinks without a mixer may be served.  Events which include the service of alcohol must be conducted under the laws of the State and applicable State alcohol regulations. No unauthorized alcohol is allowed on property, including the parking lot. Failure to comply with laws and regulations will result in an immediate forfeiture of any rental deposit and the potential disruption or cancellation of the Event. It is the Renter’s responsibility to ensure guests follow these laws and regulations.

Smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is expressly prohibited inside the Venue and its rooms. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor spaces. Violation of Venue smoking prohibition will result in the forfeiture of any rental deposit and charges for all cleaning costs. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any rental deposit and the potential cancellation of the event. Attendees note that illegal activity will be reported to the proper authorities.

What's the closest airport?

Hartfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Our suggestion if you are comfortable with public transportation is to take the MARTA train/subway from the airport on the Gold Line to Doraville station and Uber or carpool from there to your hotel.

Where should I stay?

Our preferred hotel with discounted rooms is Courtyard by Marriott Duluth Downtown. Rates are $159/night. Check our Travel/Accommodations section for more information. You are welcome to use any hotel or AirBNB of your choice if you prefer a more budget friendly option! We suggest looking in Suwanee, Duluth, and Sugarhill.
