The cut off date for reserving a room under the block is August 15th 2024.

Payment for the rooms will be held by a credit card when the book the room and then when they check in it will be held for the full amount plus incidental and then at check out the full amount will be charged to the card.

Early check is based on availability and we can't guarantee this, the best way of getting an early check in is when the guests are booking the rooms to request this in the reservation and then depending on how busy the hotel is that weekend, we will try our best to get guests in when they are requesting.
