We ask that our guests wear cocktail/formal attire!

Yes! We have hired a shuttle service to take guests to and from the venue! First pick up will be at the Best Western, and two separate pick up times at the Village Country inn (pick up times TBD). Shuttles will be doing drop off periodically throughout the night from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am. There will be only one drop off time for guests staying at the Best Western at the end of the night.

Yes! If you choose to drive instead of using the shuttles provided, there is a parking lot at The Valley. However the venue asks that vehicles are not left in the parking lot over night.

Yes! Signature cocktail hour drinks will be provided by the couple, followed by a toonie bar for the reception!

We have limited space, we have accommodated for the names on your formal invitation. Unfortunately, no plus ones unless provided on your invitation.
